Our office conducts litigation proceedings before the courts on behalf of our clients after thoroughly reviewing and preparing cases from both Shariah and legal perspectives. We undertake all necessary steps to file lawsuits, attend hearings, submit memoranda, and present all forms of legal and Shariah-based defenses until judgments are issued.
