Agencies, Trade Names, and Trademarks - Taybalaw

Registering agencies, starting from drafting the agency agreement between the principal (whether foreign or Saudi) and the agent, through to registering and approving the agency with the competent official authorities, issuing certificates of registration for agencies, trade names, and trademarks, and following up their registration with the official authorities within the GCC countries, Arab states, and foreign countries. Our office also undertakes all necessary legal actions to protect our clients’ rights and pursues legal proceedings against any violations, in accordance with the Commercial Agencies Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/11) dated 20/02/1382H, the Trade Names Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/15) dated 12/08/1420H, and the Trademarks Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/21) dated 28/05/1423H.
