Arbitration has become one of the most important methods for dispute resolution, particularly for commercial disputes, and is favored by global companies in resolving their commercial conflicts at both international and domestic levels. This approach upholds the principles of speed and trust essential in commer cial transactions, in line with the World Trade Organization standards. Our office handles arbitration procedures from drafting the arbitration document and obtaining its approval from the competent judicial authority, to issuing the arbitration award and having it ratified by the relevant authority, in accordance with the Arbitration Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/34) dated 12/07/1433H.
