Estate Liquidation

We undertake all necessary Shariah-compliant and legal procedures for the liquidation of an estate or the withdrawal of any heir, in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence, which provides a precise framework for estate settlement. This process includes:

• Identifying and documenting the estate’s elements and determining their types and locations, whether cash in banks, company shares, real estate, movable property, or others, as well as valuing them and preparing the necessary evidence reports.

• Registering wills and gifts at the notary public.

• Preparing a detailed statement of the estate’s liabilities and receivables, specifying immediate and deferred obligations, and collecting or paying debts and dues on behalf of the heirs.

• Dividing jointly owned assets among heirs through either amicable or judicial liquidation.

• Distributing the segregated estate among the heirs according to the Shariah-mandated shares.
