Foreign Investment

Our office undertakes the necessary legal procedures before the General Authority for Investment to obtain various investment licenses for commercial establishments, as well as to clarify the list of exempted activities, enabling investors to direct their investments properly without obstacles. We also represent clients before all relevant governmental authorities regarding their investments, in accordance with the Foreign Capital Investment Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/1) dated 15/01/1421H. Among the licenses managed by our office is the investment license issued by the General Authority for Investment No. (844/1) dated 01/12/1425H, related to a cosmetics and perfume factory owned by one of the major Egyptian commercial companies.
