Jurisprudential efforts have emerged to study the insurance contract and its legitimacy in addressing various risks arising from the development of modern civil and commercial life. Insurance is a cooperative system that serves the community by mitigating the impact of risks and their consequences. Accordingly, several laws and ministerial decisions have been issued to regulate this field, including the Health Insurance Law. In light of the expansion of licenses issued to operate in this sector, our office provides legal services in reviewing and drafting insurance contracts and policies concluded by institutions and commercial companies with insurance companies. We also offer legal consultations on disputes arising from insurance contracts, including fire, accidents, various liabilities, and professional risks, in accordance with successive insurance regulations issued by Royal Decrees, including:

• The Basic System of the National Cooperative Insurance Company, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/5) dated 17/04/1405H.

• The Cooperative Health Insurance Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/51) dated 01/05/1420H.

• The Social Insurance Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/33) dated 03/09/1421H.

• The Occupational Risks Compensation Regulations, issued by Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Decision No. (128/Insurance) dated 25/10/1421H.

• The Executive Regulations for the Cooperative Insurance Companies Control Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/32) dated 02/06/1424H.

• The Social Security Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/45) dated 07/07/1427H.
