Labor and Employment

Our office prepares and drafts labor regulations within institutions and companies and subsequently obtains their approval from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Additionally, we prepare, draft, and establish administrative structures and HR manuals, including job descriptions, merging, abolishing, or creating new positions, and ensuring their compliance with the Labor Law and the resulting implications. We also draft employment contracts to regulate the relationship between employees and employers and provide legal consultations regarding any disputes arising from the employment relationship, in accordance with the Labor Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/46) dated 05/06/1436H.
